- 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Add beaten eggs to well creamed butter and sugar.

2Beat until fluffy.

3Place in bottom of pan a layer of vanilla wafer crumbs and pat firmly.

4Add the creamed mixture, pineapple, whipped cream and nuts.

5Add the remaining wafer crumbs.

6Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream and top with a cherry.
