Ingredients
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 well beaten egg
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix together with mixer hot water, sugar, salt and margarine. Add yeast dissolved in warm water.

2Add well beaten egg and 2 3/4 cups flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Add by hand 2 1/2 cups flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.

5Put in greased bowl, turning in order that all might be covered.

6Let rise until doubled.

7Punch down and make rolls.

8Let rise.

9Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

10May be refrigerated for 4 or 5 days.
