- 3 qt. unpeeled, washed, thinly sliced cucumbers
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 large green pepper, cut into narrow strips
- 1/3 c. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. white sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large glass bowl.

2Put into jars with tight covers.

3Refrigerate for 2 weeks before using.

4These will keep for 2 years in the refrigerator.

5(A gallon sun tea jar works well if you have a glass one and enough room in the refrigerator.)
