- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- onions
- cucumbers

1Mix and dissolve.

2Slice onions to suit yourself.

3Slice cucumbers and pack in 1 gallon jar.

4Heat vinegar solution to boiling point and pour over cucumbers and onions.

5Refrigerate 24 hours before using.

6Will keep 1 year.

7Makes 1 gallon.
