- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (about 10 or 12)
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 c. diced green or red pepper or both
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. table salt
Directions

1Put cucumbers, onion and peppers in a gallon glass jar.

2Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt and bring to a boil.

3Cool. When cool, pour over pickles in jar.

4Ready to eat in two days. These will keep up to one year

5in the refrigerator.
