- Big pot of water
- 1 T. Oil (to keep from boiling over)
- 1 T. Vinegar (to make rice whiter)
- 2-3 c. rice
Directions

1Boil water. Add vinegar and oil. Stir in rice. Cook until rice is tender, about 15-18 minutes. Drain. Just remember that regular rice expands to three times its original amount during cooking. 1 cup raw rice makes 3 cups cooked rice. If you have extra rice, put in plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. To use, run hot water over until warmed.
