  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 sticks Butter, Softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4 Tablespoons (Heaping) Cornmeal

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk with a fork. Set aside. Mix butter and dry ingredients well. Add the milk mixture. Stir by hand (batter will be lumpy and curdled-looking).

    Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve warm with honey. Prepare to enjoy yourself.
