- 1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef, shredded
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can flaky buttermilk or baking powder biscuits
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Top with tomato slices; dot with dressing and butter.

3Cover with corned beef; sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Remove casserole from oven.
