- 1 lb. sauerkraut
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- crushed Rye Krisp crackers
Directions

1Spread sauerkraut in an 8 x 12-inch dish.

2Top with sliced tomatoes.

3Dot with butter and Thousand Island dressing.

4Cover with corned beef.

5Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

6Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

7Remove from oven.

8Split biscuits in half and place on top of cheese.

9Sprinkle with crushed Rye Krisps and caraway seed. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, until topping is brown.
