  • 8 oz. cream cheese, soften
  • 1/2 c. sauerkraut, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 c. cooked corned beef
  • 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • rye or pumpernickel cracker or bread

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine in bowl cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, catsup, mustard and Swiss cheese.

    Put in ovenproof dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove, cover and bake 5 minutes more until golden.

    Serve warm.
