Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown meat in oil.

    Add onion; cook for a few minutes.

    Drain. Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.

    Add a dash of garlic powder, tomato sauce and water.

    Cook until well blended.

    Put cooked, drained spaghetti into casserole dish.

    Pour meat sauce over top of spaghetti.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Bake at 400° until cheese is melted and browning around edges.
