  • 1/4 c. drained sauerkraut
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk

    Put all ingredients in small saucepan.

    Heat 5 minutes over low heat.

    Add more milk for spreading consistency.

    Serve warm on cocktail rye bread or rye crackers.
