  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. drained sauerkraut
  • 1/2 lb. corned beef, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 c. mild Swiss shredded cheese

    Remove lid last 5 minutes. Serve with rye crackers.
