  • 1 small tube Mahatma yellow rice, uncooked
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (may substitute creamy chicken soup)

    oven to 375°. Put rice in casserole; add soup and water.

    Turn chicken 30 minutes in the cooking process. Check to make sure rice is not drying out, if so, add water.
