- 3 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. margarine
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, cornstarch, white sugar and water.

2Cook until thick.

3Add vanilla.

4In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly.

5Place 3/4 of this mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan.

6Spread rhubarb over top, then sprinkle rest of crumbs over rhubarb.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
