- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cream shortening.

2Add packed brown sugar and beat well. Blend in egg, vanilla, sour cream, flour and soda.

3Mix well. Stir in rhubarb.

4Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, greased.

5Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.

6Sprinkle on top.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
