  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 c. diced rhubarb

Directions

    Mix the sugar, eggs and oil.

    Sift together the cinnamon, salt, soda and flour.

    Add to the first mixture. Stir in the rhubarb.

    Mix and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
