  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. walnuts

    Mix apples and sugar; let stand 1 hour.

    Sift together flour, soda and spices.

    Beat eggs and add oil and vanilla.

    Add apple mixture; combine flour mix with eggs.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
