  • 4 to 5 c. cut up (approximately 1/2-inch chunks) rhubarb
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (2/3 c.)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • mixed batter for 9 x 13-inch cake (white)

Directions

    In lightly greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer the ingredients in the order given.

    Spread cake batter over the layered ingredients, making sure to completely cover ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes, until cake tests done.
