  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 c. cut up rhubarb

    Beat egg slightly.

    Add the milk.

    Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb and stir into egg mixture.

    Put in pie shell, dot with oleo.

    Bake at 350°.
