- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 c. sliced rhubarb
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs or meal.

3mixture evenly in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Set aside.
