  • 6 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 large (6 oz.) red jello
  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water

    Put into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread in pan in order given.
