  • 5 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. black raspberry gelatin

Directions

    Cover; cut rhubarb with sugar and let stand more than 2 hours until juice rises.

    Cook until mixture begins to boil, then cook for 5 minutes only, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.

    Pour into jars and seal.
