- 4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
Directions

1Mix together rhubarb and sugar and blend well.

2Let mixture stand an hour to melt sugar.

3Bring slowly to boiling point.

4Boil 20 minutes.

5Stir in thoroughly 1 package Jell-O.

6Skim and put in Mason jars.

7Cover with wax.

8Makes 4 small jars.
