- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 cups rhubarb, cut in small pieces
- 23 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 12 cups flour
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 13 cup white sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine brown sugar, oil and beaten egg.

3In a small bowl, mix the milk, baking soda, salt and vanilla.

4Add milk mixture to sugar.

5Mix alternately with flour, beating well after each addition.

6Fold in rhubarb and nuts.

7Distribute batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4x3 inch loaf pans.

8Sprinkle with topping.
