Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. tapioca
  • 4 c. sliced rhubarb

Directions

    Soak rhubarb in first 3 ingredients for 1/2 hour os so until well coated and saturated (no liquid needed!).

    Sprinkle a teaspoon or so of tapioca in bottom crust before adding rhubarb mix.

    Dot with a few pats of butter then add top crust with air slits.
  4. 4
    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for additional 30 to 50 minutes.
