- 2 c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. tapioca
- 4 c. sliced rhubarb
Directions

1Soak rhubarb in first 3 ingredients for 1/2 hour os so until well coated and saturated (no liquid needed!).

2Sprinkle a teaspoon or so of tapioca in bottom crust before adding rhubarb mix.

3Dot with a few pats of butter then add top crust with air slits.

4Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for additional 30 to 50 minutes.
