  • 1 qt. rhubarb, cooked and sweetened to taste
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth. Heat margarine in a baking dish or pan.

    When hot, add batter. Pour rhubarb on top of batter.

    Bake at 350° or 400° about 30 to 35 minutes, until brown on top.
