  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 or 3 beaten eggs
  • 3 c. cut, raw rhubarb

Directions

    Blend flour, sugar, nutmeg and butter; add egg.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour over rhubarb in a 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 30 minutes at 350°.
