- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 1/4 cup chopped Rhubarb
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 egg yolks beaten
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F, mix the crust ingredients together and pat into bottom and sides of pie pan.

2Crust first four ingredients!

3Flour, sugar, softened or melted butter, walnuts.

4Bake for 20-25 minutes

5FILLING: bottom five ingredients,mix together these 5 ingredients and save the egg whites in separate bowl for the meringue.

6Rhubarb, sugar, flour, egg yolks, heavy whipping cream.

7Pour filling into crust bake 40 minutes.

8When pie is done whip up egg whites and 6 Tbls sugar until you have stiff peaks.

9Put on top of pie and bake 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

11Let cool about an hour before cutting or a little longer if u like!
