- 4 c. finely diced rhubarb
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine finely diced rhubarb and sugar; let set for 3 hours. Then add flour and eggs (beaten).

2Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° until firm.

3Use knife to test center.

4When knife comes out clean, it's done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
