- 2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 eggs (whole)
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. mixed grated lemon and orange rind
Directions

1Beat the cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer.

2Add 5 eggs and 2 yolks, one at a time, beating after each.

3Add flour, followed by cream.

4Add vanilla and grated rind.

5Mix until smooth.

6Pour into a heavy aluminum spring-form pan.

7Bake at 300° for 12 minutes, then reduce heat to 250° for 1 hour.
