Rhubarb Pie

  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 3 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 pie shell and 1 top crust

Directions

    Put rhubarb in shell.

    Mix all other ingredients except margarine.

    Pour over rhubarb and dot with margarine.

    Place top crust on top and sprinkle well with sugar and nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake 50 minutes in a 375° oven.
