Ingredients
- 5 to 6 lb. roast
- 1/2 c. cracked bell pepper
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Coat roast with pepper.

2Combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well.

3Place roast in mixture.

4Turn once to coat roast. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

5Bake in the sauce at 300° for 2 or 3 hours or until medium rare.

6Remove from oven and slice. The hot marinade may be poured over sliced roast.
