- 450 g (1 lb.) pork ribs
- 300 g (2/3 lb.) turnips (daikon)
- 6 sections green onion
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut the ribs into 3 cm. (1 1/3 inch) long strips.

2Blanch in boiling water and then drain.

3Pare the turnips, then cut them into bite-size pieces.

4Heat the wok, then add 1 tablespoon oil; stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.

5Fry the ribs, then add water, soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir to mix.

6Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

7Add the turnips and cook for another 10 minutes, then serve.
