  • 4 c. cooked rice, with bay leaf
  • 2 c. chopped green chilies
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; put in casserole and add grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
