Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp. liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 c. bite-sized Shredded Wheat
  • 3/4 c. mixed dry roasted nuts

Directions

    Beat egg white with sweetener, cinnamon, coffee and nutmeg until egg white is foamy (a little stiff).

    Add Shredded Wheat and nuts.

    Toss lightly to coat with egg white mixture.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or on cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until cereal is crisp.

    Stir occasionally to separate pieces.

    Cool.
