- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. liquid sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 c. bite-sized Shredded Wheat
- 3/4 c. mixed dry roasted nuts
Directions

1Beat egg white with sweetener, cinnamon, coffee and nutmeg until egg white is foamy (a little stiff).

2Add Shredded Wheat and nuts.

3Toss lightly to coat with egg white mixture.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or on cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until cereal is crisp.

5Stir occasionally to separate pieces.

6Cool.
