- 1 c. wild rice (Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice; do not use seasoning packet), cooked according to directions on pkg.
- 1 c. white rice
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 (3 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Cook rices according to directions on package (do not overcook).

2Melt butter in skillet and saute onions and celery. Add all ingredients to a 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
