- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Drain mushrooms; heat in skillet with margarine.

2Put rice in casserole.

3Pour mushrooms and butter over rice.

4Then add soup and water.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
