  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • dash of oregano

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Add rice and cook five minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add soup, 1 can of water and mushrooms. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 370°.
