  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 can beef broth or chicken broth
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Put rice in small casserole dish (1 1/2-quart size).

    Pour soups over rice.

    Do not add any water.

    Cut margarine into small pieces and put on top.

    Put lid on dish and cook for 55 minutes at 350°.

    Stir after taking out of oven.
