  • 1/4 c. oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
