- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (30 oz.) jar Prego sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Brown beef and onion in skillet over medium heat.

3Stir in spaghetti sauce and mix well.

4In small bowl, combine Mozzarella, cottage cheese and egg whites.

5Mix well.

6In prepared pan, spread 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 of rice and 1/2 of cheese mixture.

7Repeat layers.

8Spread remaining meat sauce on top.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
