- 9 x 13-inch pie crust (uncooked)
- 1 c. rice, cooled
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. milk
- cinnamon and raisins (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice as directed.

2In bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs.

3Add salt, vanilla and milk.

4Stir cooled rice into mixture.

5Pour into pie crust.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

7Turn oven down to 350°.

8Bake 1 hour longer.
