  • 1/2 c. fine egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)

    Lightly brown egg noodles in butter.

    Add uncooked rice, chicken broth and salt if desired.
