- 1 c. vermicelli
- 3/4 cube butter
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- dry parsley
Directions

1Brown vermicelli and rice in butter (noodles first).

2Heat chicken broth, salt, bouillon and parsley in saucepan.

3After rice browns, put in casserole dish and pour broth over and add mushrooms.

4Bake for 20 minutes, covered, at 350°.

5After baking, rest 15 minutes in oven.
