- 8 Tbsp. rice (raw)
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions

1In a 2-quart baking dish add raw rice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

2Mix well with about 1/2 cup of milk.

3Pour the rest of the milk in to about 1/2 inch from top of dish.

4Bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour, at 350°. Thickens as it cools.
