- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and nutmeg, in a small saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 20 minutes), stirring several times.

3Take pudding off burner and add vanilla.

4Spoon into small bowls and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serve warm or cold.
