- 1 qt. skim milk
- 1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Add sweetener and mix well.

3Add rice, nutmeg, vanilla and salt and stir.

4Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a 300° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

5Stir several times during first 1 1/2 hours of baking.

6Cool before serving. Makes 5 servings, 75 calories per serving.
