Rice Pudding

- 1/2 gal. whole milk (a little less)
- 1 c. long grain white rice
- sugar to taste
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Directions

1In a medium-large saucepan, pour half of milk, rice and cinnamon sticks.

2Turn heat to high and cook until mixture starts to come to a low boil, stirring occasionally.

3When mixture starts to boil, begin to stir very frequently (almost constantly), adding milk when necessary.

4Cook for about 45 minutes, adding sugar to taste.

5When rice is done and pudding is a pretty thick consistency, pour into bowl.

6Let cool before putting into fridge. Excellent cold.
