  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 3/4 c. whole milk
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Cook rice in saucepan until water is gone.

    Pour rice into 2-quart casserole.

    Add vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk. Stir. Add whole milk.

    Stir again and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for approximately 1/2 hour.

    Stir and bake

    until puffy.
